Selling Fees & Commission

No monthly fees, no listing fees!

How we charge.

Reclaiming VAT on Fruugo Fees for UK retailers.

If you're a UK retailer, you'll be charged VAT on Fruugo's fees.

But don't worry, you can reclaim this VAT as part of your normal business expenses.

Commission and payment processing.

A single Fruugo fee of around 20% is applied to the total value of your order (excluding sales tax). This single fee covers commission, payment processing, and the cost of driving traffic to your products. Retailers receive the same payout for each sale, regardless of the customer’s location.

Global sales, simplified payments.

Effortless international payments!

We handle all foreign currencies, so you get paid in your own currency, with commission and VAT clearly deducted.

How we pay: A step-by-step guide.

From order to payment.

Our streamlined process ensures you get paid weekly in your local currency, with transparent fees and a focus on customer satisfaction.

1. Receive orders.

You’ll access order details through the user-friendly Retailer Portal or via Order API

2. Fulfil your orders.

Ship your orders within 24 hours (or within your specified lead-time), updating via the Retailer Portal or Order API.

International deliveries are expected to arrive within 14 days, using a tracked shipping method.

3. Cooling-off period.

A 14 day cooling-off period starts upon delivery, giving customers time to ensure they’re happy with their purchase.

After the cooling-off period, receive weekly payouts in your local currency, minus Fruugo’s commission.
