The ins and outs of selling on Fruugo

Commission

Commission is only charged on the Ex VAT Transaction Value of orders. No Commission is charged on any applicable VAT.

There is an additional Funds Processing Fee of 2.35% of the Transaction Value of each completed sale.

Fruugo handles and manages all foreign currency so you are charged the same commission irrespective of where the customer is, and which currency and payment method the customer paid with.

You are always paid in your own currency, net of commission and VAT, as per the example on the right.

As Fruugo is a UK registered business UK retailers are charged VAT on Fruugo Commission and Funds Processing Fees, which is reclaimable as Input Tax along with your other business costs.

You can contact accounts@fruugo.com at any time if you have any queries about commission charged.
