Easy setup: within 15 days of being accepted into the marketplace, Star were selling 20-30% (3,000-4,000 SKUs) of their catalogue in 10 countries. Fruugo’s TechOps team were always on hand, making the process run smoothly.
Global reach: since joining Fruugo and launching in 10 countries, Star has grown their reach to 24 countries.
AdWord investment: the Fruugo investment in AdWords has helped Star not only reach new customers in new countries, but even in their home market of Italy Fruugo’s reach has been noticeably“brilliant”. This has led the marketplace team to voluntarily increase the 15% commission paid to Fruugo by an extra 2% – because all money invested above 15% goes solely into further AdWords investment (this approach is optional, decided on by the retailer themselves, and can be easily be set back to 15%).
